Getting Started & Process

  • MK Media works best with local businesses that value consistent visibility and see marketing as a long-term investment. Most clients are hospitality, event-driven, or service-based brands that want hands-on partnership and custom content captured on-site.

  • Getting started begins with a discovery conversation. We’ll talk through your goals, current marketing efforts, content needs, and what level of support makes the most sense. From there, I’ll recommend a package or session structure aligned with your business.

  • Monthly social media management packages are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise discussed. While there is no long-term contract required, I do recommend a minimum of three months for best results, as consistency is key when it comes to content and social media growth.

    One-time services such as on-site content sessions, live event coverage, and blog writing do not require an ongoing commitment.

  • Once we decide to move forward, you’ll receive a welcome guide outlining next steps. We’ll gather brand assets, access to social platforms, clarify messaging direction, and map out a content plan before posting begins. The goal is a smooth, organized transition.

  • Many partnerships are based in Lemont and the surrounding Chicago suburbs, including Lockport, Frankfort, New Lenox, Naperville, Oak Brook, and Chicago.

    While on-site sessions and event coverage are prioritized within the local service area, management-only services are available for out-of-state businesses that provide consistent content assets.

Content & Deliverables

  • For management-only packages, client-provided content is required. For businesses that want fresh, custom visuals, on-site content sessions are available to build a strong, cohesive library aligned with your brand.

  • Content is planned and scheduled in advance based on your posting calendar and package. This allows for consistency and intentional timing, while still leaving room for timely or seasonal updates when needed.

  • Absolutely. Collaboration is part of the process. Content drafts are shared for review, and reasonable revisions are included to ensure everything feels aligned with your voice and direction.

Packages & Pricing

  • Each package varies based on posting frequency, number of platforms managed, video inclusion, audience engagement, and whether on-site content is included. The right fit depends on your current content library and growth goals.

  • Absolutely. Packages can be adjusted based on platforms, posting frequency, content needs, or goals. If none of the listed packages feel like the right fit, a custom solution can be created.

  • Yes. On-site content sessions can be added to any monthly package and are a great way to refresh visuals or support special promotions without changing your entire plan.

  • Additional content, on-site sessions, videos, or blog posts can always be added as needed. I’ll recommend options based on your goals and timeline.

  • Yes. Management-only packages are available for brands that already have a strong content library. However, on-site sessions are recommended for businesses that want a more authentic, consistent, and visually aligned presence.

Payment & Logistics

  • Monthly services are billed monthly, and one-time services are billed in advance. Invoices are sent electronically with clear payment details.

  • Payment is due at the start of each billing period for ongoing services and before delivery for one-time services.

  • Payment is accepted via credit/debit card, PayPal, and Venmo.
